Welcome to Amiggos (“we”, “our”, or “us”). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Amiggos mobile application (“App”) and related services.

We collect and store information to provide, improve, and secure our services. The information we may collect includes: a. Personal Information- Name, phone number, and email address (if provided during signup)- Profile information such as profile image, bio, or location (if shared by you)- Referral codes and user connections b. Usage Data- App activity such as pages viewed, interactions, and timestamps c. Location Data If you grant location permissions, we may collect your location to show nearby users or places and improve recommendations. You can disable location access at any time from your device settings. d. Media & Files If you upload profile photos, videos, or posts, these are stored securely on Firebase Storage.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to:- Create and manage your Amiggos account- Provide core features such as referrals, notifications, and friend interactions- Personalize app content and improve user experience- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats- Send updates, offers, or support messages (you can opt out anytime)
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited cases:- With service providers (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) who help us operate the app securely- For legal reasons if required by law, regulation, or court order- To prevent harm when necessary to protect users’ safety or prevent fraud
4. Data Storage and Security
All user data is stored on Firebase Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage, secured with industry-standard encryption and access controls. We take appropriate measures to protect your data, but please note that no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your device and login credentials safe.
5. Data Retention and Deletion Policy
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we permanently remove your personal data (except where required by law). You can request account deletion by contacting us at support@amiggos.com.
6. Children’s Privacy
Amiggos is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or store data from minors. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us, and we will delete their data promptly.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for optional permissions, or request a copy of your stored information by emailing us at support@amiggos.com.
